You had better/ You might as well

"you had better (=you'd better=you better)" is used for strong advice with a sense of urgency

너 ~하는게 좋을거야 (강한 권고)

 

"you might as well" is used when there’s no strong reason not to do something.

하지 않을 이유가 없다. (왜 안해?)
